It significantly reduces the blemishes caused by increased melanin production by gently fading the pigment and suppressing further pigment from resurfacing. -Cosmelan peel is the only depigmentation treatment that can treat all skin types. It is a non-invasive, easy and very effective corrective treatment for pigmentation imperfections and ageing concerns. What is the process? Initial consultation and consent is performed by one of our Registered Nurse's. This provides an in detailed explanation of: - The procedure and how it is going to work and - What is involved. - Book you in on a day that suits you ( day time application/night time application) as the peel needs to stay on the skin for 8-12 hours. Your first follow up review is after 7 days post application which includes healight treatment and to discuss the products to maintain your results. Your second follow up review is after 4 weeks post application, which includes a headlight treatment and how to maintain results. Your third follow up review is once your take home kits are completed which means the full treatment is completed. Photos are taken and a skin care routine plan is created by one of our dermatology nurses (from all of our products, including Medik8, Dr Aspect etc).
